Indesit W123 no go still!?

My washing machine has recently just stopped working! No matter what program you put it on the light blinks, stays on then you can hear the programme click into action.... but nothing happens! It does not load water or start cycle or anything? The light stays lit but no matter how long it is left nothing happens.
On turning the dial to a wash/cycle the dial quickly blinks 3 times as if to start then stays red but nothing happens. When i turn it to an end point of a cycle it flashes 3 times quickly again then slowly on and off continuosly. It has always flashed quickly before the cycle kicks in when it worked but I have no idea how many times.
