How to repair the built in VCR to my Phillips magnavox CCA191AT31?

I have a Phillips Magnavox (manufactured in Oct. 1999) (MODEL NUMBER : CCA191AT31) It has a built in VCR! My 2 year old son decided to pull something out of the VCR now when i try to turn the TV on, The VCR makes a noise and the TV shuts off immediatly! The part he pulled off is In the TV somewhere i can here it move around when i move the TV! How do i go about fixing it?
