My roof (an old one) has no felt under the tiles do I have to have it completely stripped and redone or can I install it below or inbetween the rafters?
if you want it done properly it has to be stripped which will cost a fair bit however if you dont want the expense use cozyfelt between the rafters/cozyfelt has an insulated backing but will cost you much more than standard felt !
