first dissassemble detergent compartment, concrete blocks, motor, montings etc, and the drum should come out
Open drum an inside are the bearings,
taking the bearings out are difficult but can be done with power and a hammer and chissel, fit new bearings and its like new

You will need to disassemble the machine almost entirely to change bearings. Then you may find the drum spindle is Knackered also. Best left to pro.
