which is best for a shower. off the combi boiler or electric shower?

I have a ferroli Falcon 23.3 KW combi boiler which i want to put a shower on. The hot water flow seems poor. The hot water pipe from the boiler to the upstairs bath is in 15mm. if i change as much as i can to a 22mm pipe should this help. Or should i put in a 10,5KW electric shower? . What is best for flow as well as pressure Via combi or Electric?

use an electric shower, if u already have poor pressure putting 22mm pipe in will only make pressure worse plus if your boiler ever breaks down you'll still have a hot source for washing
