How can I fix my oven door Zenith 100 ZE10 FRA Leisure?
I need help in fixing my oven door. The door on the fan oven does not shut properly, when cooking I have to wedge the door shut. This has caused problems because the heat has been escaping it has scorched my drawers on my unit.
We have just been to small claims court and had a ruling that Sparkworld are to refund our money along with court expenses...the oven was still under the 12 months guarantee however as it was over the 6 months we had to prove that it was manufacturing fault and not something we had done to it.

I have the same problem and reported the fault to Sparkworld where I bought it from and the manufacturers are trying to say that we have put excessive weight on the door when we know we have not. So we are not taking them to the small claims court
