starbox freezing up?

hi, my starview box freezes when i try to enter new keys. it freezes in the nargavision menu, it allows me to enter the first set of keys and the it freezes and will not sort the key. once frozen i cant exit the menu and i have to pull the plug. any advice welcome, thanks.

you could try a factory restore , but you have to be caeful there , if to go to system information , click on it , type 1570, see what date the firmware is? try getting the lastest firmware for that (model) STARVIEW ,reflash the box with it ,
