Hi, have a pulsacoil 111, need to change the immersion elements however can not drain the tank. have taken the drain valve out at the bottom and can see the spigot of the drain valve which appears siezed thus not letting the water past it to drain. any suggestion greatly appriciated, thanks
the washer has seized , refit plug slitely and push a screwdriver up drain to ease the spigot , keep plenty off towels handy its a messy job, you`ll need to renew washer at the end
