SAMSUNG LE23T51B 23" LCD TV - Thin vertical lines!?

Hi guys,

Ive had this TV for about a year now - all of a sudden thin vertical lines have covered my screen (show in link below) No matter what input I choose.

Im really at a loss. Could anyone diagnose, or give me some pointers on going about repairing it?
Im fairly confident I could repair it - if I knew what to repair!
Im afraid it has no warrenty etc.


Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, advance thanks to any repliers.

I have the same thing on the white version of the same TV. If you find any help please post. I would love to find out why it is happening with no pattern that I can figure out.

my sony bravia is the same 19ths old, did u get an answer to what it might be or how much it might be to repair, currys are saying if we get an engineers report and its component failure then they will look at it as it cost 1000
