renautl scenic air filter 1600 sport yr 2000?

Hi does anyone know how the air filter comes out as its situated behind the engine.I have had a look for release clips but cant find any do i have to take the wipers off and the black strip from under the windscreen off to get access to the back of the engine,Oh and can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is situated as ive lost my Haynes manual lol
