water pulsating?

I get water pulsating from the hot water in the bath mixer in the bath & no where else & is causing the hot water pipe to vibrate it only comes from the hot only & not the cold it does not happen when we put the shower on or the basin do you have any clues your help is much appreciated.we have a combi boiler which is 2 years old
