I cant remove on/off control on aqualisa 609, help plz!?
I am trying to replace the cartridge on my aqualisa aquavalve 609. I have removed the badge and centre screw. The on/off control cover should simply pull off. Its stuck fast. Anyone had the same problem? Help appreciated.
I had exactly the same problem. I was afraid to use a screw driver as it would damage it, so i used two metal scrapers and slid them in each side of the on/off cover (between the on/off cover and the templerature control bit). Then gently prised the on/off cover off. This meant that the cover didn't get damaged at all.
