My Electrolux fridge is getting warm?

I have an electrolux fridge/freezer. The freezer is fine but the fridge seems to have a problem. Towards the top I get a fine film of ice on the inside back, and towards the bottom of the fridge the inside back feels warm to the touch. Things keep getting wet in the fridge. Can this be mended?

could be a gas issue which is expensive to have repaired.manually defrosting it might help if it is an auto defrost type and has a problem with the auto defrost cycle and components.
