Can I fix Leisure Professional110?

I have a twin oven leisure 110. One of the ovens has developed a fault, it doesn't fire up with a large flame that dies down when up too temperature.

It simply goes straight to a low light so doesn't build up to temperature.

Has anyone any ideas and is it something i can fix?
