Instructions for siamp dual flush skipper valve?

The dual flush button keeps sticking in and not released when flushing. why does this do this

The instructions can be downloaded from the Siamp website. www.siamp.com
Go into the products list and then look for Mechanisms, Dual Flush, Skipper 36. At the bottom of the page is a link to "Download the Note of Use". This is what you need.
