Washing Machines?

My customer has a Whirlpool Stylemaster 4217142 commercial washing m/c. On the fill cycle the m/c drains out of the bottom just about as fast as it fills. My thinking is that the seals have gone on the shaft. Can you help with diagrams/advice please.
