electric window passat?

my electric windows wont opererate and i dont know how to get them going again, when i press the button i hear a click from the respective door but no movement in the window or motor. i did have a water leak usual passat problem but that is now cured passenger footwell was damp but now it isnt and window still wont move

Hi Anthony - it could be a name thing - I have the same problem.
I have removed the CCM Module - see HeadFuzz site and dried that out and checked the wiring loom for breaks/rust and that looks OK too, however the windows still click. Fuses look good and everything else works. I'm going to revisit the Wiring loom. Independants will replace CCM for approx £250+
