Mend Chaffoteaux & Maury Cointra Flame Detection Boiler Fault

red reset button constantly coming on, always without heating & hot water!!?

Anyone know know how to fix problem of "no flame detection". Boiler never stays on, always switching off, red reset button lights up, fault is "no detection flame" but no-one wants to know when trying to find someone to have a look at it. Trying to get in touch with chaffoteaux & maury but can't find a telephone number! Can anyone help? Does anyone else have same problem?

Have either of you guys got to the bottom of this, I have the same problem. This is a repeat of a problem about two years ago and it was fixed by changing out the PCB. Not sure if there is an underlying problem though?

i to have that problem i may have narrowed it down to the igniter . As its still running (but intermittent)im!trying to find as much info as possible, i have the part no. and where to get it from ,its easy enough to fit but i want to make sure. have you had any luck with yours.

you need a gas safe reg insaller, for info on parts try parts arena, you should get a manual on line, put in boiler name and model
