how to connect my tv,goodmans xpro,gtv42p6 to hd sky+?

sky has bin to connect my hd sky+ to my goodmans tv, the settings on the menu are all white so they i carnt have the hd+ they said that settings are locked down on this tv so they carnt run it throw the dvi on the source/ menu settings of this tv, do you have any knowledge of the lock down switch to turn on the dvi on the menu? as when the sky is on this channel dvi i just get a blue screen.
