Mend Electrolux RM6271 Find Cold Work

How can I find out why our electrolux RM6271 fridge won't keep cold ?

Our fridge will not work on 240v but works fine on lpg gas. Our caravan is an Abbey Vogue GTS 418 2003 model and the fridge is the RM6271 type C40/110. The circuit breaker is working fine is there another in line fuse or something? Thanks for any help.
