how can I fix a samsung txc2516 tv?

My samsung tv model TXC2516 wont come on I get no sound or picture and the input fuse is good there is power on part of the cirquit board but not everewhere it should be I think it is a power supply problem. Any idea where to look or where can I get a schematic?
