How can i fix my 512mb MP3 player?

Hi, i recently purchased a MP3 player 512mb Supportplus, i have downloaded music on it from my laptop, i tried to update the songs but it does not come on. Normally it would light up as soon as i connect to the USB port, now it does nothing i have tried changing the battery thinking that could be the problem but nothing happened. Please tell me if there is anything i can do to fix this. Any info would be appreciated. thanks

Sounds like you're doing nothing wrong and that there is a fault. As long as you haven't damaged the player yourself, you can legallybtake it back to where you purchased it for an exchange or a refund. Do not attempt to repair it yourself as this will void any warranty or guarentee.
