TV LED FLASHING RED SEVEN TIMES?

Philips 42" HDTV plasma model 42PF7320A/37. When click on power the the green LED goes red, and blinks in patterns of 7 rapid red blinks, followed by a few seconds of no blinking, and then repeats in the lower left.
