how do i get the reset code?

a local alarm company may be able to give you a reset code if know what panel it is if they manage to give you a reset it might be worth while getting the programming check may not be cheap but save you further problems in the future other! if know wot panel i may be able to give you further advice!

Ring your Central Station, give them your contract number, the 9956 code and the reason for the activation, if the reason is acceptable the CS will give you the 'anti-code' to enter.

Did not your alarm company explain all this?

If you installed the system and have this display, you've messed up, it will need some programming changes, good luck.
