With the flywheel off and the key out, get some fine valve grinding paste, spread some on the crank taper and spend some time lapping the flywheel and the crank together. When the contact area is matt grey in colour this should be done. Thoroughly clean up, put a genuine B&S key in and thoroughly tighten the nut up.
