Sounds like it probably needs regassing - all the refridgerant gas has leaked, and needs refilling - call a refridgeration engineer - probably won't cost too much. That is assuming the compressor etc isn't damaged/seized. My Candy fridge/freezer went within several weeks from new - apparently a well known fault with this brand. It's now about 4 years old, and now has some kind of electronic control fault - hence why I am now searching for solutions!
