how can i fix my baxi combi boiler 80eco?

i can not have just my hot water on when i turn my dial to just hot water my heating comes on, also if i turn my tempreture dial down on heating my hot water does not come through.but hot water and rads do work fine when heating dial on full but my rads and water seem very hot and my water temp dial does not seem to work when i turn it down.
