How Can I Fix My Cyber Shot?

well basically i dropped my phone, and it came apart but the the on button wouldnt turn it on i thought the screen has gone black but then i plugged it on to charge and the charging screen showed up so this means that the on button does not work is there anyway to turn on the phone?
