How can i fix my hotpoint wd62?

my washer dryer wont dry. if i turn the dial to set the drying time it blows the main circuit board fuse. yet the wash cycle works fine.

it did start getting hot but the fan never kicked in and now it just blows the main fuse no the plug fuse
