This is a fault on the water load solenoid valve, according to the manual (it's one of the listed ones).
It continues by suggesting that if you turn the machine off for a minute it might resolve itself. Otherwise I suppose you'll have to find out what the water load solenoid is, and fix it. In my case the fault has cleared itself (so far).
