Mend Vaillant 628 Boiler Heating Circuit Board

vailiant boiler thermocompact 628?

My boiler will run for qabout 5 min then the fuse T2 =f1 on the circuit board blows. in addition it will only heat hot water when the entral heating is on not when switched to just heating. i have checked the fan and it works ok on a bench test
Does anyone have any ideas
