I had the same problem, my needle broke and jammed, now the thread keeps jamming and won't embroidery without jamming, and the back is all messed up it skips stitches.
Any Help?
I have a similar problem with the deco 340. The needle broke and now it won't pick up the bobbin thread, is this a timing issue? If so how do I correct it please.
