I'm not sure exactly what hose that model includes, but the hose will either have a single on/off switch or a few switces/buttons to control various operations. Either way, the hose likely has a bad connection at the handle, or has an electronic problem (if it has multiple switches). Be sure to check your other connections in the wands and cord going to the power nozzle.
