my 6mnth old triton jade 2 shower will work fine for 10 mins then i can hear a popping sound and the water turns freezing cold.i dont have the receipt as it was bought in a half price sale so cant send it back. what do i need to order to fix it? i have to then turn the shower off for 10 mins then turn it back on again which is no fun with a headfull of shampoo! please help!!
The rating label on the inside has a date code so if it is still under a year old then Triton should help. Try contacting their service department with the rating label details and they should be able to confirm the date code. It's worth a try if you don't have a receipt.

sounds like the thermal switch is faulty, call National shower spares, they can supply the parts 0845 126 4141
