The sound isn't coming in full. I just here the background music. I think it's the headphone jack but I don't know how to open the little thing. It's an RCA Lyra RD1021.

Inside there are 4 little screws nothing else take it back they
are impossible to fix unless, youve got new mp3/parts. But if you still want to try. Small screwdriver,flick the outer case off,
but when you see inside theres 4 screws and 2/3 more near the screen case and not much more. Good luck.
