Mend Hotpoint WM75 Change Spin Bearings

How do I change Hotpoint shock absorbers?

Fairly old Hotpoint WM75 severely vibrating/banging on fast spin. I don't think it is the bearings and the concrete blocks seem firm ( although I didn't have a spanner to check bolts ) but I suspect it is the damper(s). What do I have to remove to change them?
