How can I fix my sony dvp-s350?

my sony dvp-s350 won't read the disc, and it sounds like the disc is rimming up, but then it sounds like it is coming off track until it finally say insert disc. what can i do to get the dvd player to read it again? i have already cleaned the lens several times
