pumps are normally held on with a couple of self tapping screws from underneath and spring clips hold the hoses in position on the pump.(codge repair springs to mind )
if you are saying the pump is strapped down with no screws just cut through the plastic straps go to a motor accessory shop and get a packet of plastic ratchet ties of the nearest size to the removed one,
or ask a man friend/neighbor for a couple of self tappers that will fit the bottom of the new pump and secure it to the base of machine
