zenith 50 electric fan oven not working?

Hi my oven is not working,everything else works fine,the fan comes on but is blowing cold air can you help please??

Did you switch it off at the wall recently? Mine stopped working and it has something to do with a timer. I think it won't turn on unless you tell it how long to turn on FOR. the helpful button is the one like a steaming casserole that's second from the left. Try pressing that with + to set a time, try pressing it with STOP and see if that disables this stupid annoying feature.
