If the whole bottom of the freezer under the bottom basket freezes in a big lump then you need to go round the back and look at the rubber spout mounted above the compressor drip tray.this might be block.best thing to do is defrost it for 24hrs and then try unblocking the hole and the rubber spout using a pipe cleaner
