Mitsubishi quickview De-programming?

We have a mitsubishi CS-32307 TV and can't figure out how to delete the saved channel in the quickview mode. We want to be able to go back and forth from the last two viewed channels. We are not sure how to "unsave" the saved channel so no matter what channel we are on if we hit quick view it goes back to the saved channel. The manual does not show you how to not save a channel in quickview. HELP!!!! Thanks
