I have a canon IP6000d inkjet photo printer and everytime i print out any documents/pictures it leaves a line and a smudge on the paper.Ive cleaned the head using the head cleaning program but no avail.Does anybody know what the problem is or knows where to get a service manual?
You will need to remove the print head and clean the base.
The fault is a build up of ink and dust which has to be removed by hand.You would have installed the print head when you bought the printer.
