Our camera is stuck in a loop - disc hung during Finalize and now the door won't open to get the disc out. When it powers up it tries to continue the Finalisation but this is not possible - disc or laser heads must be corrupted. So we can't open the door. We've tried the Reset keyhole button on the side with no luck. Anyone know how we can get the door open without breaking the whole thing ? I heard there is a combination of 3 items on the keypad that could do it but I don't know them. ANy other ideas please ?
