Video camcorder has cassette eject problem?

sony handicamera trv68 model video camera, i would rate as excellent for nature. wild life ie: i take video vs.shooting the deer. but my foot accidemtly caught electr. charging cord and fell about 2 feet onto floor then it was stuck in open position, i removed tape it tried to accept it took tape in but came immediately back up. after seveal attempts i bumped it on the side and it took tape in but now won't eject give code 32:30 flashing.
where could i send it for repair or is it diy project i have multimeter and some small tools. thanks gaines H
