The error is a flooding errror. Instead of paying a ridiculous call out fee first check that the drain hose is not blocked and tip dishwasher 45 degrees to let some water drain as the error is activated by a float in a tray at the bottom of the machine that catches excess water. If this dosn't work then make the call
