that code is extremely rare but unfortunately it means the power module at the rear is faulty.

Probably your front facia module at fault. Send it for test/repair. Cost is ÂŁ29.90+vat to replace it or ÂŁ5 +vat if no fault found. Our address is on our site at www.emwelec.co.uk
