MY DUET DRYER SENSING LIGHT IS ON AFTER PUSHING START?

I HAVE A WHIRLPOOL DUET DRYER MOD #GEW9200LWO MY WIFE PUT IN A LOAD TO BE DRIED SHE SET HER CYCLES AND PUSHED CONTROL ON THEN HELD THE START BUTTON SHE HEARD A SLIGHT FRYING SOUND THEN THE SENSING LIGHT CAME ON NOW THAT IS ALL THAT HAPPENS WHEN I TRY TO START IT IT BEEPS THEN YOU HEAR A CLICK AND THE SENSING LIGHT COMES ON AND IT DOESNT START. THE IS NO CODES THAT SHOW UP. I CHECKED THE DRYER FUSE ITS OK ???
