How long to change 4 glow plus on laguna 1.9dci?

I would say an hour tops. I've just changed them on a diesel Megane and it took less than 20mins.
For your info every major garage has a schedule which details how long each job should take, ask for a look. If they won't show you or you think they are ripping you off go to an independent garage whos labour rates will be cheaper than Renaults
