Neff dishwasher door catch does not work,so door does not close?
Catch seems to be pushing against something solid for last centimetre or so, so pushing door does not do anything ?
its in the lock position with out the latch being in position , take out latch and unlock using a screwdriver, Do this with power off as it has electric supply to it
