Vauxhall Astra 1.8 5 door S registration?

My astra has started cutting out intermittently only since the hot weather although the engine temperature is well below the red.

If I leave it for between 2 and 10 mins it will start up as if nothing ever happened.

Last time it happened was going through the West Midlands Safari park! Can anyone help please
